Hello and welcome to Nutty Bean. We are a mother and son team. I'm Alternative Foodie and my son likes to be known as Digitaliron. Or simply Digital.

This photo of us was taken on the new year eve of 2011. At the time we were planning for a six months almost around the globe trip that started on 20th February 2011, and arrived back in Malaysia 20th August 2011. It was a trip taken based on mostly of emotional calling rather than reason, yet I would not have done otherwise. The experience was priceless, worth every penny, every shivering bone we had. Alhamdulillah.

It has been awhile since we have arrived back in Malaysia. So much too has happened since our return. I for once had taken a hiatus from writing, something I always love doing.

It is time to put my thought on record and do some sharing via the cyber land again. Nutty Bean shall be a place for us to share good food, the joy being on foot and the trials of schooling.
